We will send you newsletters containing important information and updates on any changes to the scheme regulations that may affect you. You can download these from Newsletters in the Documents library.
It is important we hold your current address, so we can send the above documents and contact you if necessary. You can check the address we hold for you via member self service please use this link. If your address is not correct, you will need to notify your employer. You will also need to download and complete a Change of Address form from the Documents library and send it to the pension administrators, Equiniti: their address is on the form.
The lump sum death grant is paid as a discretionary benefit, therefore it generally does not form part of your estate. To ensure your wishes are taken into consideration if a lump sum death grant becomes payable, we would encourage you to regularly complete an expression of wish form. You can obtain a copy of the form from the Documents library.
