The McCloud judgement and your LGPS pension

The government have released their response to the consultation on McCloud confirming how they wish to proceed with delivering the age discrimination remedy in the LGPS.

Please see the McCloud factsheet pdf which shows the timeline for the delivery of the remedy. Please note that the London Borough of Hackney is busy preparing to implement the Mccloud remedy and this will be done automatically- members do not need to take any action
